

Even if they do I don't know why I would spend more money if I'm going to have to go through this again and be treated like crap by EA chat support.

This will be the last time I spend money on this game if I'm not given the coins that I paid for. I literally WANT to give EA my money and they are making it impossible. What can be done about this? There is obviously something wrong with my account because I can't even download the free ps plus skins. But EA continues to lie to me and this time it seems like EA is ok with stealing from me as well. This is 100% a EA problem that has to do with my Apex Legends account.

Now I've basically had 20 dollars taken from me by EA because they won't give me my coins that I bought and Sony won't give me a refund. All I want to do is support the game and buy things in game and I'm not able to do that. Well I have not seen anyone else have this happen to their account. I've had to go to support to finally receive them but this time, even though I proved that I made the purchase, they refused to give me my coins and said this is a known problem with other people as well. Everything else works EXCEPT for Apex Legends related stuff. I have bought stuff for NBA 2k20 and received it. For example I have bought stuff from Fortnite, and received it. The reason I know this is true is because everything I purchase that isn't Apex Legends related I get.

There is just something wrong with my account. On their side it is showing the purchase going through and the coins going through. I have told them something is wrong with my account but they won't do anything about it. When I did this they would credit me my coins. Basically every time it has happened, I've had to wait 24 hours, and then go to support and prove to them that I bought the coins.
